Return and Replacement policy

Clients should not accept any clearly damaged packages and should tell the carrier that they are refusing the order because of damage. Any non-visible damages (shipping, etc.) must be reported to aquasmarter.us within (10) days of receiving the order. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable. Returns will not be accepted by aquasmarter.us without an (RMA - Return Merchandise Authorization) number and will be refused or sent back to the client at the customer’s expense.

Return Request RMA: You can get a RMA number by emailing us at: sales@aquasmarter.us, requesting the RMA number. Don't forget to place RMA for order #XXXXXXXX as the email subject. Returns will not be accepted by aquasmarter.us without an (RMA - Return Merchandise Authorization) number and will be refused or sent back to the client at the customer’s expense.
